Von Newman Learning exists to close a specific gap: the distance between a policy, a system or a process being signed off — and the people who have to actually carry it out understanding it. That gap is where public services stall and companies lose money, and it is usually filled with documents nobody reads.
We replace the document with a video series, written and produced the way a person actually learns — in order, in context, and short enough to finish. Our work is grounded in Nigeria and the wider West African market, then held to the same standard for clients anywhere a workforce needs to move fast without leaving people behind.
